It's all in the mind!

We had spent a lot of time (and money!) creating a different look and feel to our Estate Agency. We wanted to create a stylish but homely ambience so customers would feel relaxed and well looked after. We had also invested in really nice folders to send out details to buyers. We thought we had covered all the bases. Promobox had spotted one small omission, however. They presented us, not just with a pen suggestion, but with a sample made up in our own colours and that combined perfectly with everything we had done. It was nice that they had shown the interest and taken the trouble for what was a relatively small order.

I just wanted to thank you for sorting out the Rosettes for our rally last weekend. I know it was only a very small order, but I you took great care to ensure we got the right product and put a lot of effort into getting them to us in time. The quality was excellent too.

"We ordered some pens from Promobox a couple of years ago and they were fine, delivered promptly and efficiently. We reordered again last year, this time with a new telephone number specific to that division of our company. Again they arrived promptly. This year the pens again arrived in good time and good condition. The only problem was that this time they were the same as the initial batch, with the main company number on instead of the number for the new division - perfectly usable, but just not quite what we wanted. So I rang Promobox with a view to getting a few quid off (you've got to try, haven't you?), but to my surprise, when I explained the situation, they immediately admitted their mistake and volunteered to replace them in full. They did not even ask for the old ones back. I was more than happy and wish all our suppliers responded in such a way when things go wrong."
